Octopus salad by Virgilliant

Ingredients

-1kg of octopus

-1 red peper

-1 green peper

-2-3 fresh green onions

-4 small cucumbers

-50g of olives cut in small pieces

-2 tomatoes

-2 boiled potatoes

-90g of Virgilliant extra virgin olive oil

-50g vinegar

Salt & pepper as well

 

Step by step..

1.Preheat water in a pot until it gets boiled

2.Put the whole octopus in the pot and let it until it gets soft, it will take about 40 minutes (add water if needed during the procedure)

3.Cut in pieces the boiled octopus and put it into a big bowl

4.Cut in pieces al all of the tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and potatoes and add them into the bowl as well

5.Shake oil and vinegar together using a fork and dress the salad with it

6.Add salt and pepper in quantities that you prefer

7.Serve immediately
