Salmon with soy sauce and honey by Virgilliant

Serves: 2

Preparation time:  10 minutes

Cooking time:  15 minutes


4 salmon fillets (about 125g each fillet)

-30g of Virgilliant Silky Extra Virgin Olive Oil

-50g of honey

-1 cup (200 ml) of soy sauce

-1 clove of garlic cut in tiny pieces

-100ml fresh orange juice

Salt and pepper as well


Step by step..

1.In a big bowl mix well the soy sauce with the orange juice and honey. Add salt and pepper as you prefer

2.In a skillet add the Virgilliant Extra Virgin Olive Oil plus the garlic pieces and brown for about 2 minutes

3.Continue, adding into the skillet the bowl content and let it for about 10 minutes in low temperature

4.Put the salmon fillets in a steam cooker and cook for about 15 minutes at most. If you don’t own one, you can boil them for about the same time.

5.Get the salmon fillets into a dish and spoil with the sauce from the skillet.

6.Serve with steam cooked broccoli and carrots
